“We’ve all been programmed—at the sub-conscious level—to think, believe, and act the way we do.” – Hal Elrod
Who IS telling you what to believe?
Your past… Your fears… Your peers
Your failures… Your doubts…
The media, traditions, TV???
Or are you actively choosing what to believe every. Single. Day…
It’s day 2 of my #MiracleMorningChallenge, today I took extra time to comb my hair. Look I have a TON of heavy thick LONG hair, I absolutely hate combing, it hurts, braids get heavy, and hairdos would leave me broke… So I don’t generally ‘do’ anything but stick it in a bun and done. Thing is when I am mainly nursing in bed with a baby my hair tends to fall out of the bun and it seems to want go to into dreads. At first they look like beautiful curls but it gets messy. And hard to comb. Well I know, those are excuses, since I don’t struggle with alarms and wake up and into action thirsty for that yummy to do list, I made other efforts for a better morning.
What about you?
